Each participant’s success depends on their background, dedication, motivation, and desire to implement what they learn from us. As with any personal and/or business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital, and there is no guarantee that any participants will earn any money and/or achieve their desired results.

All online program/service/product purchases (sales) are final. There are no refunds!

Anti-racism and racial justice work are messy, complicated, difficult, emotional, and risky. Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC’s approach to discussing and teaching about racism is candid and straightforward. We do not offer “safe” spaces for people to learn about racism, especially not white people. Instead, we create “brave” spaces.

Brave spaces require that each program participant is willing to be uncomfortable, open, honest, vulnerable, transparent, humble, flexible, teachable, and accountable for their behavior in all settings. When a participant agrees to engage in an anti-racism educational program, they consent to potentially experience unpredictable emotional responses and stress. 

Participants may experience hurt feelings, confusion, frustration, sadness, anger, and/or other uncomfortable feelings. These feelings are a natural response to engaging in anti-racism educational experiences. Participants agree to participate at their own risk.

We strongly suggest that each participant use discernment and caution to evaluate their emotional well-being before agreeing to participate in our anti-racism, racial justice, or professional development programs and before implementing any suggested strategies, techniques, educational, or coaching advice.

Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from any program without notice. If Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC must remove a participant from a program due to that participant exhibiting racial violence and/or becoming non-compliant or combative, that participant will not receive a refund.

Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC also reserves the right to limit the emotional racial violence their personnel may experience by participants’ negative or combative behavior in online and in-person programs. Because there is a distinct possibility that Catriceology® Enterprise, LLC personnel will endure emotional racial violence, and due to the tremendous amount of emotional labor required to educate participants on these sensitive subject matters, Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC does not offer refunds for any of their programs.

Participants may voluntarily remove themselves from any Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC programs. However, participants who voluntarily exit or discontinue any program will not receive a refund.

By registering for or paying for a Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC program, you agree that you:

• Are participating at your own risk

• Understand that participating in a Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC program may be uncomfortable and stressful

• Must use discernment and caution to evaluate your emotional well-being before participating in any Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC program and before making decisions based on information you’ve learned in our programs

• Understand that Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC assumes no liability for any decisions or choices you make, or any adverse consequences of the exercise of your own free will, due to information you acquired at any of our sessions or programs

• Will not use the information or materials you receive as a participant in this program without express consent from Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC

• Understand that all sales are final and that there are no refunds

• Understand that Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to remove you from any program(s) for any reason and that there are no refunds

• Will not undertake retaliatory measures or otherwise exercise racial violence against Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC in the event of your removal from a program

• Understand that you can remove yourself from any program(s) for any reason and that there are no refunds

You agree that you grant Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC permission to use your image in photographs, video recordings, or electronic images taken at any of our events without payment or any other consideration. You irrevocably authorize Catriceology®Enterprises, LLC to publish or distribute these images to publicize the organization’s programs or any other lawful purpose.

Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC fully discloses that the results of its coaching, mentoring, and educational sessions or programs depend on the participant’s skill set and ability to implement the information provided during the session.

Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC does not guarantee that any participant in coaching, mentoring, or educational sessions or programs will achieve their desired results. Responsibility for successful outcomes is entirely dependent on the participant’s ability to discern what is best for them.

Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC personnel will:

• Provide professional and ethical services while maintaining participant confidentiality, unless the participant expresses the intention to harm themself or others

• Discontinue offering the session or program and/or refer the participant to the appropriate resources if the participant needs, or expresses the need for, mental health services

• Provide the participant with direction and guidance; however, Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC will not provide counseling or therapy services

• Facilitate the program with integrity and professionalism in all venues

Every coaching, mentoring, and educational session or program participant must agree to these terms and conditions before beginning any service with Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC. By purchasing a product, service, or program, a participant agrees to the terms and conditions specified here.

PLEASE NOTE: Catrice reserves the right to request testimonials from participants for use in marketing materials.

Non-Participation, Cancellations, Refunds, Deposits, and Installment Payment Plans

Non-Participation: If a person signs up for a coaching, mentoring, or educational session or program but decides to not participate in the program, please email Catrice immediately to discuss a mutually agreed-upon and satisfactory outcome. The participant will receive a response within 5-10 business days regarding their request. If the participant fails to show up for their session without notifying Catrice, it will not be rescheduled.

Cancellations: All personal coaching, mentoring, and educational sessions and programs require a 48-hour cancellation notice and rescheduling request to be sent via email to Catrice. If a participant cannot participate in a session and/or does not cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00.

Refunds: Coaching, mentoring, and educational sessions and programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants who cancel or request a refund once the session or program has begun will NOT receive a refund for the session or program, or for any deposits or installment payments.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Installment Payment Plans: All participants who agree to engage in an installment payment plan further agree to an additional $10-$50 per payment as a processing fee. This additional fee will be added to the original price and is due at the time of payment. Additionally, there are no refunds provided for installment payments. If a participant decides to discontinue services, they agree to pay the balance owed when exiting or discontinuing their session or program.

Program Materials Policy

No participant of any Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC program may use, duplicate, share, disclose, or distribute any coaching, program, or course materials without written approval. This includes forms, blueprints, program strategies, proprietary formulas, videos, templates, worksheets, eBooks, guides, journals, strategy sheets, or any other materials used in private or group mentoring/coaching programs or courses, individual business consulting sessions, and public workshops.

Intellectual Property Clause

Catrice M. Jackson owns this website and its original content, features, and functionality, and they are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Referrals

Any referrals for additional services made by Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC are based on past, personal, and/or professional experiences. We cannot guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the services you receive from our preferred partners. We highly suggest you clearly understand their terms, agreements, and policies before agreeing to do business with them or entering into a contractual agreement.

Cancellations

All personal coaching, mentoring, and educational sessions and programs require a 48-hour cancellation notice and rescheduling request to be sent via email to Catrice. If a participant cannot participate in a session and/or does not cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC will assess a $35.00 processing fee for each credit card chargeback we receive.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and honor customer relationships. We do NOT share, rent, sell, trade, or publicize our customer lists or email addresses to other companies or third parties. You may unsubscribe from our list at any time.

Security

All financial transactions are made through a safe and reliable source. No credit card information is ever stored on our website servers.

I have read the terms and agreements for participating in this Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC program and agree to the guidelines, rules, expectations, and conditions. I consent to participate at my own risk and release Catriceology® Enterprises, LLC personnel from all liabilities, costs, and damages that could arise from participation in the event or activity.
